Tires w/ 18" Mono II

I'm planning on replacing my stock wheels on the C43 with 18" Mono II's. I'm wondering what size tires I should use with them, if my car is lowered on Eibach springs? I'd be using the 8" in front, and 9" width in rear FYI

Hey Navy,

I got the exact same set-up you are looking for. 18" AMG Monoblock IIs. My car is lowered on Brabus springs (which are made by Eibach, I think).

I think they are 18x8 in front and 18x9 in the rear, staggered. You'll love 'em!

For tire sizes, you can go to www.tirerack.com to size them up with the Mono IIs, but off the top of my head, I think they are 235/40/18 front and 255/35/18 in the rear.

I have gone with Goodyear Eagle F-1s and they are great! no road noise, very sticky, smooth ride and long tread life.

Hope this helps,

SC

okay, so I have some SL55 wheels that will be going on my 190e, but until it is back on the road I'm thinking about throwing them on the C43 for the time being. They are 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rears, so I'm wondering what size tires you would all recommend using?

Cool thanks guys.....the car is lowered as well, on eibach springs (not sure what the pad arrangement is since the previous owner did the mods). Will this pose a big problem?

nope, mine is lower than yours for sure (eibachs doesn't give you an aggressive stance) you'll have one or two finger gaps. if you want to go lower, use #1 pads all around.
don't forget to post pics!

Shouldnt do, my C36 was factory euro height with no issues, I dont think the eibach kit will be much lower than that.
