Go to the bank branch where you deposited the check.
Meet with the branch manager and explain the situation.
Request that the bank's fraud department investigate and validate the check and the funds already credited to your account.
Individuals who are savvy with international banking know that it can take weeks before a bank determines if the check was fraudalent.
It's at that point where your bank will come at you for the funds that you withdrew...
Not a great situation, so don't make it any worse ...

well. i deposited the checks days ago.2 checks, each for $10k. i send $100 to shipping company because my bank didn't let me take out more. but i will get the complete check on the 9th. i think i'm going to ask him if i can send all his money back because i don't feel safe, unless he calls me and talk to me on the phone and give me some info.
He sent you a total of $20K for your car ????
Guess what, you've been scammed and are only out a $100.00 to the shipping company.
You don't even know who you are dealing with...

Hate to see a young kid do something dumb, but at this point I feel I'm dealing with someone who has the density of the earth between his ears....

hey is it possible to run spacers on our wheels? im guessing the car will get a much meaner look with the wheels coming out a tad from their tucked in stance...

, i 'm going to back and tell them the situation. But the thing is the checks aren't international , the checks were kind of student check from a university because it had the university name on it
. i think i should make a copy of it.the best way is go to bank and talk to them today.

nah dont beat him, take advantage of the revised federal laws involving "king of the castle" or something to that effect. states that you can shoot anyone for any reason if theyre in your home...

Now he called me and said that send the money to bla bla bla address (the shipping company) and i said i will not send any money anymore. you must come here to pick up your car and your money.

i'm about to get the money today or tomorrow and i have take the car to shipping companies this weekend or on monday, but i'm still thinkin to keep this car and also i wanted to get m3 if i have money i would keep this car forever. cause this car is the best, i have never seen any C36 in Richmond or other places i went.
