Kleemann LSD Nosie
Finally have my C43 back on the road after installing Comand and a Kleemann LSD

Went for a quick drive and found that the LSD is noisy on tight corners (roundabouts and tight LH and RH corners). It's loud enough to hear with the radio on low and windows up, sounds like more like rubbing than grinding. No noise when straight or sweeping corners. I'm giving minimum throttle so the lsd isn't under a huge load.
I had the gears machined down as per the installation instructions (VERY pissed off because they charged full price and then told me they no longer supplied the gears), the entire installation was done by a very reputatble diff/trans shop with inhouse machining.
Has anyone else had noise with a new LSD? Did it settle down later?
I really wish Quaife did a LSD for a C43, I installed one on a W210 E55 and it really changed the car but you can't tell it was even there. Cost half the price too!
Thanks.

I'm starting to think it's a bit like new brakes, they need time to bed-in. I guess because I installed it myself I've heard the noises that a customer wouldn't hear by the time the car is ready to be returned to them.
I've still sent an email to Kleemann to confirm (I REALLY don't want to damage the diff if there is a problem). I'm going to change the diff oil after about 100-200km anyway so I've very sure there isn't a problem.

Asking first is much cheaper than a new diff and LSD..............
