I crashed my car about a week ago so I need a new one, cant get one atm coz I have to get rid of this one first and I need to switch my jobs, this shouldn't take longer then a month
so if you have a c43 for sale, please post info here or pm me, I check craigslist and autotrader every day but cant find anything I like

Red? really? Well lucky for you they have the lowest resale value so you can pick one up for dirt cheap (i've seen a few go for around $6k.). Just make sure you get one with headgasket fixed and wiring harness replaced.

after having this mechanic check my car today and find out that my engine has died, I don't think im going for the straight six engine anymore
c43s engine is so much more reliable, I think c36 is out of the question, thanks guys, ill keep checking this thread
I wanna find something to buy when Im ready, I should be all set in a few weeks

I thought i wanted a C43, but i got a C36 and its definately perfect.

change your oil on time and don't drive her hard, if it starts overheating, fix it immediately
id rather spend money on a new transmission then new head gasket and ****, I just don't want those problems again, just that smell of burnt oil brings back memories, drivin at night and pullin over every 10 mins to let her cool down, not to mention I was like 30 mins away from my home
next time I get a car, best believe its gonna be fully inspected first
did your car get fully inspected before you bought it?
I love c36 and I actually want a red one more then the c43 but I think Im safer with a c43, might get a c36 later on

oh damn well thats sux, when i bought mine with 120K i made sure i changed everything oil with 0-40w mobile one, not oil n air filters, cleaned my engine with seafoam twice in the crankcase, and once through the throttle body, CAR RUNS LIKE A CHAMP! i drive the **** outta it everday, n never a problem, car hauls A$$ really it does...i stand firmly when i say my C36 is dead reliable, as soon as i turn that key VROOM, the car is ready for another adventure, and yes, when i turn my car on, it does return the favor

well its my faulth, I replaced the head gasket once but after this accident, I actually drove the car with a busted radiator
was able to drive it for maybe 20 mins with like 3-4 stops when the car turned of, wasn't able to start again, spent an hour on the phone untill I got someone to come and tow me home
accident happened between SF and sacto, was drivin to the airport in sf
and I don't think the ****** replaced my oil filter last time they did my oil, the filter was in pieces, took us forever to get it out this morning
when i get my c43, im gonna keep it perfect, I wasnt taking good care of this car coz I was always saving up for a c43
oh well I deserved it
this is how much pressure my cylinders are putting out
1: 120 PSI
2: 30 PSI
3: 30 PSI
4: 60 PSI
5: 60 PSI
6: 90 PSI
they should each be at 180-190 PSI

been driving it today for a while, it feels rly smooth and its way more powerfull than that old 280 I had, love takin corners with it, I dont lean all he way into the passangers seat anymore lol

I was speeding too but he let me pass on that
previous owner took of the tint coz it was scratched I guess, its cool tho, windows are still dark, will tint it again once I lower it
btw i didn't find it, he saw my thread and offered me his car
