Ok i install a 30psi buick grand national injectors , aeromotive a1000 fuel pump + aeromotive 1 to 1 pressure regulator set up to 65psi running a .50 turbine .63 compressor t4 turbo , after 6 boost psi the car start to lean out then at 10 boost psi the ecm shut down to save mode (i shut off and start the engine to reset the ecm ), i have stock ecm and wire harness , i need to know if i can bypass or update the mass censor or trick the ecm softwhere

I think that pump should be plenty if its the one I'm thinking about. Maybe look into a voltage clamp for the mass air sensor? I'm no tuning expert but I know that mine is running fine with voltage clamp at 4.89V and a Vortech FMU.

Even with larger injectors, your ECU is going to see this as problem and adjust the LTFT, basically retard the amount of fuel to the motor. On boosted cars, you would normally install a MAF clamp to control the voltage and reprogram the ECU for the configuration your using. If you can not locate someone who can custom tune a Mercedes ECU (not easy to find) an alternate would be to add a piggy back ECU like a Unichip.

In my case, although my ECU has been reprogrammed by Kleemann, it carries a program for a stock injector setup and stock boost, but I run a smaller SC pulley and C32 injectors (40lb) so the Unichip gives me the ability to tune the car for optimum A/F which is around 12.5.

Wow, that looks useful.

Is the software easy to use? How did you physically link this to the stock ECU? did you have to find and make your own diagram for installation?

i think what may help, is depending on what you want to do and how much you want to spend, but i would change to larger injectors so you can get that fuel pressure lower, and run a rising rate fuel pressure regulator aswell, and look into piggyback ecu, i run a greedy emanage, but theres apexi afc i think its called, to change ur maf output.

i run 6*42 pound injectors on my c280 so im thinking that your 30s will be on the small side,

another option would be run an additional injector or two, and run them off a seperate controller with a map sensor,'
such as a split-second additional injector controller, theres a guy round here, rbycc that does that on his turbo 300ce
