hey guys! need some help deciding whether to keep the yellow ring or not. bought a set of brabus VI on the classifieds. he got 'em painted semi gloss black w/ yellow stripe kinda time attack style. here's a link on his car:

the easy/cheap way is to keep 'em, just paint my calipers yellow w/c is currently red. Or spend $200.-300.00 to get em painted, but the rims are in good shape...any comments/suggestions will be appreciated.

i say nay.....the yellow ring looks kinda outta place......and if youre gonna repaint them, either paint em all black, or you may even consider doin gold.def something different

always loved them on cannonballs car but not sure about a c36. id say if completely slammed and blacked out it may work. paint the calipers yellow slap em on real quick and take some pics.

Its unique. I definitely liked it on the W203, but I'm up in the air on the W202.

I'm not a big fan of painted rims, and think that the Monoblock's are the one and only anyhow for W202, but in this case it actually looks better on W202 then the W203!

man our cars have shocking front camber,
i say rock them, you dont need everyone elses oppinion to think there cool, if you like them sweet, if not then paint em,

thanks guys! it's growing on me as I look at it. also considering how much it's goin to cost me if i get it re-painted. at least $50.00/ rim since they have to match the color, pretty much paint the whole rim. I just got a set of Hankook V12's on 'em that's why i'm tight on the budget.

I think they look good! but maybe i'm a bit biased? just kidding, i think they look slick on there man. i really do. I hope you're happy with em, thats all that matters!

What are the size/dimensions for those black VI's? I want VI's on my C280 sport but I don't know how they will fit or what size I need. ???

what's a monoblock though?

Monoblock means a 1 piece wheel, like the Forgestar F14 or HRE P40 wheels for example.
