A/C stopped working and it's hot as hell outside...

So ever since I've had my car it's only blown air out of the defogger vents, no matter what setting it was at. A few days ago it stopped blowing air completely.
Anybody have any ideas? All help is appreciated.

The display operates correctly. There's just no air blowing out of any of the vents regardless of what setting I put it on (HI/LO, HOT/COLD, or vent mode).

Yup start with fuses, then check switches/ control unit, then wiring, then blower motor. That's how I would do it.

If the fuses check out OK, you may want to check the blower motor voltage regulator. The W202, 208, and R170, the part number is 2108206210, it lists for about $250, can be had by the Interweb MB dealers for ~185, and Autohaus AZ carries them for $110.

I took it to the local mercedes specialist and it was both the blower motor and regulator. They quoted me $750 to fix. I sure am tired of sinking money into this damn car. haha
