Injector service done....worth it!!
My C43 went in for a Mobil 1 service and a/c recharge today. While at my foriegn car mechanics garage he suggested changing the air filters and performe an injector/fuel system servicing. This guy is good and well respected so I said do it.Well im very happy as the car is more responsive and that off the line hesitation is reduced to nil.I guess my injectors were somewhat clogged as the car is much smoother and responsive. This serviced costs $139.00.Good money spent. My car is religiously maintained and has 136k on the clock.

It really does make a huge difference and is highly recommended on any car with over 50k miles on it. Helps restore the car to full power and is many times stronger than normal seafoam in the gas tank (although seafoam is the best of all the over the counter injector cleaners, this is just many times stronger).
ALL AMG owners should do it on their AMGs

I have co-worker who is a muscle car guy. Very knowledgable mechanic does drag/race car projects. He used seafoam in his oil/gas/injectors...he said once he did the injectors he was able to get his car sideways , as to before he could not. He said he found his vacum intake and added seafoam in small amounts and let it sit for awhile 1hr? and after that a huge significant difference.
I am going to try on SAT ....i'll post after i complete

I've read several threads where feeding seafoam into your vacuum line while your engine idles is a fantastic way to clean injectors, valves, but it also really fouls your spark plugs. I imagine you should be prepared to do a plug job after you do the proper seafoam treatment

is that something you put in your gastank as an injector cleaner?
who sells these liquid clensing products?

it's a very old product, like WD40.

People pour it in their gas tanks to clean injectors. People pour it in their engine and drive a few miles before they change their oil (to break up sludge and other things). People do the same in their transmission.
The most effective way, or so I've read, is to feed it into your intake via the vacuum line on the brake booster. Engine running, remove vacuum line from brake booster, have a small bowl or cup full of seafoam. Let vacuum line slowly take in the seafoam while the engine idles. It could choke your engine out if idle drops too low, so some people have someone sit in the car and rev it up to 2,000 RPM's. It enters combustion chamber and does thorough cleaning of carbon buildup on injectors, valves, cylinder heads, pistons, etc. But, I've also read that this treatment can ruin your spark plugs and perhaps O2 sensors. I've always wanted to try it, but do not currently have what I need to replace spark plugs or O2 sensors.

yeah wichbrewery can be risky?!
it's like putting STP Injection cleaner in the gastank, it will clean the injectors.
this is a known product and will not harm your car.
long time ago there was something named Slick50, a teflon based miracle brew.
engine would have run smoother and better with Slick50, it was a very expensive product to buy back in the 90's where I live.
adverts said there were all kinds of benefits using Slicky50.
I never tried it though so I can't say if adverts were right or BS
