New exhaust for the C43?
"Hello,
Thanks for your inquiry. Although a W202 C43 AMG Eisenmann system is not a catalog item, we do provide it as a special order product. The wait time would be between 4-6 weeks. The price is $1247.84. I have attached a picture of exactly the system you are asking about that we had made for a previous client. Please feel free to contact me further with any other questions."

WOW $1250 is A LOT for a muffler but it does have the 2 inlet pipes so you wouldn't need to go to a Y pipe. You could run headers to some race cats to an X pipe and then straight into the muffler, I bet you would pick up some pretty decent gains but it would cost around $3000-$4000

Here's another nice Vibrant muffler.

This is a well known company. Trust me. This aint no Magnaflow even though magnaflows are good mufflers. Plus both mufflers will be tons lighter than a Eisenmann muffler. Which will also help performance. The stock exhaust from mani to muffler is heavy as hell.
An Eisenmann muffler is LOUD and makes MB's sound like modified Mustangs. The expense is ridiculous and to me not worth it. I will be selling the supersprint exh on my M3 as well to build something better.

$1250 gets you that Wavetrac LSD, is a big chunk of change onto a 55 swap or could probably build you a complete cat back (or two!) with custom components.
I think it's a bit like the Akrapovic systems for C63s - $3-5k for mostly sound, let's face it. I think they claim a 5hp gain and 20lbs weight savings. Basically automotive pornography. I'd hit it if I had the cash though. I'm currently in the process of convincing my dentist to snag the Akrapovic system for his newly ordered performance pack C63.

Post up some reasons for them and maybe some videos too!
thanks

i dont want it to be raspy but nice and deep a bit like the eisenmann mufflers. My budget is around 1000 euros.
I just ordered their muffler for my AMG. I will be ordering one for the Talon now as well.

Sell me an exhaust that's functional, not one for thousands of dollars that would just make mine sound like a loud Ford V8 with a performance muffler.

I think they made them with one pipe to reduce exhaust sound and to get the cost cheaper??
Engineers say that "the best is worst enemy of good enough", so I don't think they made it the best they could.
Oh, do you own a C36??? if you do, never mind what I'm saying.
Will the supersprint reso and muffler make it a bit louder and deeper? removing cat and reso aint a good idea with stock muffler ,it will make it rapsy so that aint an option for me.
In short my question is what would you guys do if you would have a c36?

I have the same problem here

It makes no sense to me, if I was an exhaust shop and found out that no one in the local area had a mandrel bender then I would make it a PRIORITY to get one to draw more business, maybe I am crazy...

If I were you, I would look for used eisenmann, race cats, panel airfilter like afe oil free ones, then ecu tuning to make use of the mods you put in : )
If you can't find any exhaust you like, then just get any exhaust from reputable maker and custom fit it.
