correct..... it also had an oil leak if I remember correctly. If it is the same one I checked it out before I bought mine and the S/C was NOISY. The guy was not willing to lower the price either which worked out for me as I got a Much lower mileage C43 with a MUCH cleaner interior for MUCH cheaper. Looked nice though, I think the silver with the tinted windows looks clean

I'm in the Seattle area. I don't think it's the same one cause the interior was near perfect and no leaks were noticed..all bushings were good as well (incl subframe). Although the HPS kit is loud-ish in general, the only thing that might need some attention is the very low idle while in drive and stopped at a light or something... runs really great other wise.

Just out of curiosty, the silver one in OR didn't have tinted windows and black wheels did it? How many miles were on it? What were they asking?...private sale or dealer?

How low is low? In drive, my car has idled at ~400 RPM from the time I bought it (2005 while still under new car warranty). Is the idle in the 200 RPM range?

400 RPM What engine do you have?? A super balanced diesel with a monstrous flywheel??

It did have tinted windows (that's why in my previous post I said the blacked out windows on the silver color looked good) and black wheels, it was a private sale and I want to say the guy was asking $8k-$9k. I can't remember how many miles were on it but it was alot more than the one I wound up buying that had 107,000 miles on it

Oh, I guess mine is alright then...500rpm or so...just seems a little low compared to what I'm used to.

Im not sure, I know that the one I bought was froma dealer and has always been a local car. How long ago did you see it for sale in your area? The interior in mine is probably 8.5-9/10 and it doesn't leak anything, Brabus style wheels ...bought it with 155k tho.
