HIDs for C43 that aren't crap?
I need a link or source of some good 55w hids that won't fliker or only turn on every other day.... Price - under $200 for the set.

Wish I could help you on that but I got mine ( headlights and fogs) from some local guy for $60 a piece and I couldn't be happier. I have had ZERO issues with them and have had them for almost a year.
I got a couple kits for some buddies at work and they have had zero issues as well.
If you can't find anything I am down to pick up a set for you if you want to paypal me the money. I'm sure they would fit in the $12 flat rate box through the USPS.

I'm running 35W 8k but he has pretty much whatever you want. I got some 55W 6k's for the guys at work.
I'm planning on picking up some 55W 6k for my Accord (the first and ONLY mod in 6 years of ownership) as it has halogens and they SUCK!!!

A little background:
I found this guy on craigslist a while back and was kind of skeptical until I pulled up to his house and saw his cars. This guy had over 300 HID kits and was selling them like hot cakes. Like I said I have bought a couple kits from him for me and some friends and none of us have had any issues (knock on wood). I am currently using 2 of his kits, 1 headlights + 1 fogs.
