I like this intake
It certainly takes a large bite and chunk of air

The ME 2.0 430s have a 69mm throttle body. The ME 2.8 430/500/55 has a 74mm throttle body. Now for the odd part: Saaboteur measured his TB and it is 74 mm. Saaboteur has an ME 2.0 car. I read in another thread where a C43 guy said his TB was 69mm – just like the other 430s. odd

Well, as I will be soon getting down to work on my car (changing valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires, oil, filter, rotors, pads, brake fluid, etc.) I may peep down the intake side and take some measurements. See what the diameter is on a European version, if there is a difference between US and ROW.

Of course, there's always the issue of original equipment AMG parts versus parts that were replaced with non-AMG parts when the AMG bits were no longer available. Here's an example: I've seen the OE 2001/2002 CLK55 TB. I've seen the OE 2001/2002 CLK430 TB. Even though they are both 74mm, they look different. I was recently told the OE CLK55 part, number 113 141 01 24, has been discontinued. It was replaced by "113 141 01 25", which is the original equipment CLK430/500 ME 2.8 part.

So, looks like we can be misled with contradicting information.
