C43 Rear bad creaking noise when going over bumps???
go for aftermarket bushings, LEMFOERDER aka LEMFÖRDER german OEM quality supplier for MB these aftermarket bushings also come with MB partsnumbers stamped on all bushings
I got my self new parts from this brand waiting to be installed.
Always go for Lemförder this is the best brand.
I bought my stuff in europe.

Are you sure it isn't the rear seats? Check out this thread:

That should improve things greatly I think I'm going to buy some bushing grease<$10 to start with. The good is that the weather is warming up so I can probably do it myself if it turns out to be more.
+1 on pelicanparts, at these prices, I might just start replacing everything.

i was going through some posts and saw some peoples saying they were putting in poly or aftermarket bushings. you think sticking with Lemförder is the best bet? i wanted to change out everything i can in the suspension to have a tight new car feel. you know shes already tight (haha), and there were hardly any service records so im guessing last owner did most of his own work or maybe he didnt do anything at all.... probably the latter considering the passenger mirror nearly fell off after a car wash, he gerry-rigged it with a coat hanger. LOL i fixed it with some poly ties, so i think its better.
i guess i have to get under there and take a good look, but i guess the sway and subframe bushings (any other bushings?) so yeah just replace all the arms, springs, shocks, pads, uh... any other suggestions?

large bushing has a weak construction
replace with poly or get the clk convertble bushing which is solid rubber
check my pics and decide what you need to replace
the other rod kit is for rear suspension
if you go factory stuff Lemförder is your friend
never buy DEUTSCHE PARTS they are JUNK!
picture is showing what parts are for front suspension

and are they for front control arms...??
ZAYED,,
i also have the 2x poly bushings at home for replacement, once you put these on you never have to replace them anymore
yes, clk w208 convertible has solid rubbers, see the picture for broken bushings these are from w202.
picture came from Saabotör's c43 when he did the bushing replacement
if you buy w208 bushings you need to buy complete kit including smaller 2 part bushings from stealership
w202 c43 bushings are hollow as seen in the picture, clk w208 convertible has solid bushings for added stability and performance
