KLEEMANN SUPERCHARGER

Well haven't been here much and car is now out of storage I decided to install a Kleemann Supercharger with a quaife rear end .
Along with all the other goodies already installed.

We will all be able to see what it can do with the 5.4 and kleemann headers
Kleemann tuned Grand turismo brakes.

<------------JEALOUS

Motorsport3 had the Kleemann installed on a 43 motor but I do not know of anyone who has had the S/C 55 swapped in a C43.

Are you selling your RENNtech intake?

to remove the heads and send it out for polishing
I will pick up the supercharger this weekend so it should all

I will order the Quaife diff .

I will be closely monitoring this thread, as I am anticipating a very fast C43/55 when all is said and done...

Good luck, and keep us updated with all the details!

We need photos so that we can follow the upgrade. No photos = no proof

This is one of the main reasons I don't post
I don't have to prove anything but I already did what few have done to a
2000 C43.
So please be have patience I will post pics
Project just got started.
I am just posting this project because no one has done it
If anyone needs conformation and do not believe me please call Cory at Kleemann and call Birds in the UK and Mcnally Auto in Toronto.

It's just a forum saying, he meant no disrespect. We all believe everything you have posted.

Now, pics or it didn't happen

C43 AMG 5.5 - 396.4HP
Do you have the installation manual already?
The installation looks rather simple refered to the manual...
The only reason that keeps me from installing one is that I belive it will be too much power for the W202 and its old electronics.
It is not easy to drive with 400 hp already, I believe it will be even more complicated with 500-600hp...
Good luck anyway!

Yes I have the installation manual and it looks very difficult with 70 pages of instructions but I will be dealing with Kleemann USA for tech support and will upgrade all necessary parts to make this as trouble free as possible they have also upgraded some parts on this particular supercharger from mechanical pump to electrical so it makes it easier as far as I know it is pretty much plug and play keep in mind they have already tuned my ecu so I won't need to do that again.
As for the power lots of cars today come with more than that is just getting it to the ground, had I not been able to get the Quaife this was not going to be done.I almost pulled the trigger on a C63 but after running against one last year and he was not able to pull to far ahead of me this will be more than enough. Remember I can purchase a C63 at anytime but I cannot purchase another 2000 C43
I was lucky to get it across the boarder if my production date was one month older this car would still be in the USA.
I'm doing this 1. because we all always wanted to know what this would feel like and how it handles so I did much of the proper ground work as I could to prepare for this and the time has come.
I also have the Supra Twin Turbo with much more power so if I can get anywhere north of 400 at the wheels I'll be Happy.

Winks911, no disrespect at all and indeed very much respect for what you are doing. As 503 says, it's nice to see photos of what has been done or what is brewing. It keeps us all in anticipation of the next post and piece of info.

I also did some reading here: http://www.kleemann.dk/Performance/tuning/Supercharger
Very nice stuff...

MoneyMike (think that is his s/n on here) threw a 5.5 S/C in his and subsequently blew it up. Now he's throwing a 2JZ in I think. I gotta find that dude....he only lives like 25 miles from me.

That was the 5.5 with amg charger never actually got it right.
Kleemann has done this many times so I should be ok.
if not I'll rebuild the engine from the ground up.

Lol I think you're talking about Moneyone and he did a factory 55k engine with mods not a Kleemann SC.
