Exhaust Hangers?

Exhaust Hangers?

Are all Mercedes exhaust hangers the same? Just had my Eisenmann race muffler installed and the right pipe is touching the bumper cover. I removed the right exhaust hanger as it was too snug and it dropped the right pipe a quarter inch. Is there an exhaust hanger from another Mercedes model that I can use that will correct this issue? Thank you!

When you're done fixing this, we need videos of cold start, take off,drive by and tunnel run! Anything else done to your exhaust?

I will definitely post videos when this issue is corrected. I am trying to hunt down a set of Kleemann headers as they are no longer being produced. So far I have been unsuccessful.

You might wanna try oetuning headers.. they're the only ones left that has headers

I didn't know OE made headers for the C43

I inquired about their tune before and the guy who replied to my email was selling me the tune plus headers

I checked their website and they only list tuning for the C43's. No headers. I'll give them a call on Monday.

Exhaust hanger problem correct with the use of a quarter inch spacer between the hanger bracket and the body. Pics and videos coming soon.

Was having fun but vids will have to wait until the new trans oil cooler arrives on Monday. I did not like the corrosion build up that was between the oil cooler and the bracket. I removed it and the bracket was fused to the cooler by the corrosion. It was the only part on the car that looked awful and I am excited to install the new one on Tuesday. I promise to post pics and vids soon.

Sorry, as I'm not exactly sure as to what you mean. Did you mean paint the new auto trans cooler? I didn't realize that it could be painted. Can you elaborate a little? Thanks!
