when I fit my w203 AMG 4 pot brake kit on my C43, this will give my car a nicer look.
with my old front 2 pot brake kit, could this kit be retrofitted on rear axle with 334mm rotors without cutting dustplate?
this modification must improve braking on my car?

Pay Attention to the different pot sizes of the front Brakes.
If you go with 4-pot front & 4-pot rear, you will definitely love it....

i was thinking if they could fit on rear axle with the larger diameter front rotors and no dustplate cutting?
Sure you can do it,, but the dust plate should to be cut, or you can put the one from SLK55, its direct bolt-on,
as you know; the holes of the calipers screws distance between front & rear are different, need to fabricate a new bracket,
then you can put 330mm Rotors from SLK55 or SL55.....

Dust plate attached with "3" screws to the hub it self, remove the flange & get it out....
