Merry Christmas!!

So I finally got the car back from dealership after nearly two weeks or maybe more, IDK because I've been drinking a lot lately. I was pushing around a 2014 C300 while old girl was in the shop. I gotta tell you, that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my C43. Peeled rubber out of the dealership and had a huge smile on my face doing it.

Air vents are working now, seats are filling up with air, really a neat little gadget although not necessary. Also had my sunroof liner replaced although the material is from the new benz, so not as nice but it was only on the sunscreen portion which I normally keep pushed back anyway.

Well, I was invited out for a Christmas party on Saturday and stayed out on the Island at my friend's place. We did a little racing back to his house and his 2010 C300 was no match at all, I laughed all the way there. He even tried to say something like the C43 wasn't much faster and I just laughed at him after assuring him that he couldn't pass me once. Now I am really hyped to do the full build upgrade, who knows maybe even throw a turbo on there. Looks like I'm going back to work full-time, so I expect to have plenty of disposable cash and do what I want with the car. This full-time work idea is my current girlfriends of course, but she's kind of right and that's why I've agreed.

This was the first time I really stomped on the gas pedal, what I did get was an intermittent oil indicator. i just changed the oil less than 1000 miles and the level is fine, so yes I will scour the forums but before I run back to the dealership complaining, any quick ideas on what it might be? BTW that fuel needle really drops when you push her LOL.

I also ended up getting some compliments on the car this weekend too, I had a couple of passengers at different times comment on how fast the car was, also someone I picked up mentioned my car was very black!! That one really made me smile, it's black with black leather and dark tinted windows which are illegal, but no tickets yet.

Oh and of course, Merry Christmas to you guys!

Mickey

stick with old skool, it's better for ya!

what happened with centre wents?
do you get hot eir from them?
did stealership rip you off fixing your problems?

your friend must have been shocked when you raced his c300.

your flashing oil indicator must be a bad oil sensor, or the connector got loose?

merry christmas

Center vents are blowing hot air. Dealership didn't admit they fixed them, but they are working now so... I don't pay nothing to stealership! It's under warranty...

My friend was hurt deep down inside, I'm sure he cried in his pillow that night. I have the title to his car because he owes me money already overdue (I'm a lawyer and I provided services to save his a$$). I gave him to the end of January or I take his car so if you are interested in buying a 2010 c300, please let me know.

HOE HOE HOE!!!

edit. the c300 is black with black leather. located in new york/new jersey

would cost me a lot of Franklins to import a US sold Mercedes to europe.
Mickey13, maybe you can afford buying my c43 by importing it to USA and then you'll have a real special euro styled car besides your own c43!

yup, grille is dipped in plastic

you know, i think euro c43's are a bit more exclusive compared to US c43's because we have the fake plastic carbon trim which looks cheap and somehow nasty
I think japanese interior trim which had black wood fits better in the car
compare pictures of my interior and another car
see what you think?

I'm partial to the black Bird's Eye Maple.. (I think that's what it is called?) as I had it in my E55 and love the look. Is there any way to source the Japanese interiors for our C43s?

this black weener wood was an option to standard faux euro carbon panels.
i thinks it's difficult sourcing these stuff from stealership today?
if they are available they are expensive as hell
