I got mine in Germany and you can see the price is practically the same as what you fond on Amazon. If I have the choice, I will always but parts from reputable parts dealers.

New "CPS/air-fuel filters/spark plugs", will be awesome combination,
if you don't have SDS, prefer to disconnect the battery before putting new MAF,,
put the MAF, then connect the battery after (15>>30) minutes..

What codes are registered? Have you cleared the MAF related one?

I got a return label and will return this for a refund.
Ill order a new one from pelicanarts where I get all my stuff.
I wanted to see if the amazon ones were really legit but I guess they are not.

Just checked the Bosch reference # and it's correct for our C43s

Dude, maybe Amazon shop sold you a lemon MAF which might was sold to another buyer finding out it was bad then returned back to Amazon shop? 
Shop kept the lemon MAF not to lose money on it, they were probably trying to sell it to a village schmuck who doesn't know anything about cars

Part # is correct, but i think this is an aftermarket OEM remanufactured MAF,
cause if it "Bosch" factory MAF, MB part # shouldn't stamped there..!??!,,
also, i'm doubting about the color & the edge of the lens bolts..!>?<!
