I am in the process of refreshing my C43. Just installed new turn signals and new windshield. I will be replacing the head light glass next as well as the drivers side mirror.

what a difference the new turn signals make. They really show how bad my head light glass is.

I just took it in for DEQ and she passed no problem with 166,xxx miles on the clock. This car is one of the most reliable vehicles I have ever owned. I had to put some money into it when I first bought it 8 years ago (plugs, wires, MAF, etc...) but it's been normal maintenance ever since with no issues.

what's the cost on those headlights? p/n?

wondering if it would only take a bit to restore with wet sand and polish?

states not for xenon. is there a different part number for xenon?

Yes, see #7 at the link below. Note that I used a C280 because the C43 pulls up just about nothing.

my drivers side glass has 2 small holes where pebbles have pierced the glass otherwise I would consider sand/polish. I am getting them from Autohausaz as mentioned above

I wonder if a windshield repair kit would patch it up. I've got one for the chip in my wife's windshield but haven't tried it yet.

Mine are in really great condition actually, I probably just need a polish

I think those just seal a crack, I have actual holes in the glass

I have a pair of extra w202 headlights and Im willing to part out the glass lenses. Let me know...I can provide pictures

Ill even clean them up for you but they are already in top shape
