Hit a few set backs here and there but the car looks good. Still sorting some things out. Im just lazy lately.

Front bumper has not been addressed yet. Waiting on some ppl who promised they can do it.

Nice work PJ!! I been away for quite some time but thinking about doing some TLC to my c43. Can I ask where you got your wheels refinished and for how much? I'm looking for some 18" Monoblocks and would be good to know how much a refinishing costs.

Thank you .

I got my wheels done at a localnplace called rim pros.

They charge 150 a wheel for averything including curb rash and fixing bends and thats probably average price at most places.

yep not sure yet id recommend the however

One of the faces on the wheel has cracking clear coat already due to it not properly curing. Itll need to be redone.

Most recent pic. Bumper has been dropped off for repairs.

22 X3, 21 330e, 97 M3, 97 C36 (sold), but on the hunt for a clean, low-mile C43!
While the wheels are badass, that looks like it's gonna rub pretty good. Are you going to massage the fenders?

C43 AMG with a tune up
Do you have correct camber/toe settings on rear wheels?
Rear wheel sits where much outwards fender edge.

Wheels suits this car very nice

In due time, you'll have the wheels aligned.
rear wheel looks like it's leaning inwards, you could do the full Japanese style at full angle

Few updates as of last few days.

Heard from the painter, hes getting started on my bumper.

My euro lights came from europe but they cracked on the way here. Amber corners should arrive any day.

Swapped steering wheel and did a seat conversion. As some of you might know my black car was wrecked. Between the two cars and four front seats, the two best seats are the passanger seats so what I did was a conversion of a passanger seat from my black car to be a driver seat in my red car that way I am getting the two best front seats in my car.
This involved taking out the lower back airbag and drilling out the air control mount and riveting it in on the oposite side. Also the bottom assembly of the seat needed to be swapped(railis with motors on them). Visited my friend to borrow an air imoact gun which is needed to remove the steering wheel. Took a shot of his 5.4 swapped c43.

When did this happen? Sorry to hear your black car was wrecked. Thankful you are OK. I am posting a bundle of parts soon, looking to sell the whole lot not part out as really don't have time for individual shipping and all that. I am anticipating the list below here, sorry to hijack your post but since I know you are in project mode wanted to give you the opportunity to reach out first. PM me if interested.

.- OEM Spare Smoked Taillights. 3 or 4 spares (entire assembly not just lenses) I replaced both tailights during mild cosmetic restoration with new OEM smoked. Dimples present
.- OEM Rear door guard sills - Illuminated Part No. B6 6890109 (Two) one for each side.
.- OEM C43 AMG logo stitch embroidered fabric floor mats, never used. They are wrapped for protection and come separately. These are NLA from Mercedes. Excellent condition. Car sold with rubber MB all weather mats.
.- OEM Avantguarde front hood grille. Car sold only with classic look grille.
.- OEM stock suspension springs - all 4.
.- Set of 4 Carlsson OZ 2-piece 18" wheels that came with the car and matching metal air valves and Carlsson wheel centers and non hub centric rear spacers. Listed above are photos of them on the car. Included as is.

Your red car is coming along very nicely. This is an amazing story and glad to be following it. Great work!

The bilsters nit being crushed on the driver seat makes all the difference. You really feel that bucket seat when you hop in. Its like a brand new car
