c43 draining battery

After a few days of sitting, the car would not start and needed to be jumped.
What are some common areas where this problem could be occurring? Ill do the proper battery drain test using the meter but if I can single out some common problems, it would be more efficient to start with those.

That will help to figure out if there's any other Elec. components work when the car is off..!!

Is it worth buying the alternator regulator by it self and swapping it?

regulator has a contact brushes, they fade away after long period, it gives new life to stator & Electrode Rotor,,
i replace it many times..

Buy a new C43 without power drain, you can afford it as you have several AMG's!
Adding another one won't hurt your budget will it?

Test the fuse/fuses that power the tow/anti-theft features when the car is turned off. If current draw is minimal then the problem may be with a different module or accessory.
I suspect that the current draw would be 50 to 150 mA (just a rough estimate).
My W209 CLK had the same problem. The seat module ended up being defective and would drain the battery within 24 hours.

For example, if a W202 is driven with the climate control module disconnected, then the auxiliary fan will be constantly on while driving...even if the engine is cold and A/C is not turned on.
I would suggest connecting everything back to stock configuration and then see if the problem persists.
If it does, remove each fuse and use a multi-meter to measure the current draw between the fuse's terminals.
