dyno this old car :)
was thinking about putting the car on the dyno...never done it with this c36. does the automatic tranny hold gear in 3rd? or does it shift around like a disobedient dog? any thoughts?

mine shifts down if I floor it under 2500RPM.

I manually select 3rd gear, then roll, then floor it at ~2500rpm until redline. Only once it downshifted, probably we were under 2500rpm.

I have a C230k 2000...

supposed to have 189 crank hp, this means ~150whp but I only got 138whp out stock

now pullied I have 156whp but aiming for a lot more when the exhaust/cat will be on. I think my car is constipated.

how much would a complete re do exhaust system costs, also if you could tell me like y or x things to do, just wanted to know what best would be

redo? what do u mean? has ur cat gone bad? or are they cheese holed from rust? or do u just want to replace catback?

I'm buying a complete exhaust with cats, I think of gaining a 10whp

the same guy made a custom exhaust for a C43 and got dynoed 23whp more and one for the C36 ans got 18whp gains... that's A LOT for exhaust/cats only.
