Need a replacement amplifier 2028203089 almost impossible to find in Europe seen a couple in USA expensive shipping duties and no guarantee that it’s fully functioning.
Is there a way to bypass the amplifier or use one from another more common model as loads for sale on eBay any help with this will be much appreciated
oh I did actually find one bought it had it shipped and postman put it into my full rubbish bin and not the empty one as I asked him to in a note just for those who would like an ironic laugh.
Who is the bigger 🤡 he who expected the postman to put in empty bin or he who actually put it in the full up bin sadly the bin was collected before I got home I have a souvenir photo 😳😡🤮

210 820 26 89 may work for you. I got one refurbished out of TX on eBay for $49. The only difference is the the plug is slightly different - has an extra slot or protrusion that prevents the car's wiring from directly plugging in. Shave that off with a razor blade and it plugged right in.
This was on my 95 C36. Amp died - already had the 210 part installed and I just searched for a replacement using that part #. Didn't realize there was an issue until I couldn't plug in the eBay replacement. Finally studied the plug on both and saw what had been done. Clearly the 210 part wasn't original - but it works just fine.
Might be an option for your car as well. Good luck.
