Hi all, This is my first post so please be gentle if this is a dumb question.
I collected my C43 Coupe a few days before Christmas and have only just noticed that the illuminated kick plates are different.
On the drivers side (UK, right side) it says AMG and on the passenger side it says Mercedes Benz. Is this normal?
I've tried searching online but to no avail. I traded in my 2014 C250 Estate for this car and my god... I have never enjoyed driving so much as I do now

Both sides should have the same AMG door sills.
Thanks mo11, I drove car to the dealership this morning and they are indeed both supposed to be AMG.
Dealer is ordering the new kick plate and will fit it for me when it arrives
Love the car, Mick. I have an C43 Coupe coming on 1 March. It has already arrived at the dealer so I've been tempted to take it early but it would have cost a fair bit to terminate my current lease early so I've decided to wait.
Love seeing pics of other folks C43 to tide me over in the meantime!

Thanks mate, oh boy that wait is going to kill you! See if the dealer will let you take it out for a weekly test drive until you can take it home for keeps

Are you saying the dealer is going to sit on the new car for over 2 months and pay the floor plan interest on it waiting for you?
He must have made a lot of money on your deal to allow him to do that.

Not sure I understand your point.
I ordered a car (I'm buying this rather than leasing) and wanted the car for 1 March (that is a date that registration period changes in UK). Car has been built a little earlier than dealer expected and they will just store it at their compound until collection date.
I got the best discount available at the time of ordering (I used a broker site here in U.K.) C.10%-11% of MRRP.
