Feedback on Deal...
C43 Sedan
MSRP - $67,645
Selling Price - $60,231
MF - .00123
Residual - $61%
Term - 36mos/7,500 miles
Down Pmt - $0
Monthly Payment - $820
Financing for 60mos (@1.99%) would approximate a pmt of $1,100.
BTW, the selling price above was the dealer's first offer with no prompting from me for a discount. Assuming there might be a bit more room for a discount, I offered a purchase price of $55k. As you can guess, the sales manager declined. So, I said "No, thanks". I know it was a risk, but I come from the school of "if you don't ask, you're not going to get it...".
Anyway, they've had the car on the lot for a while and they forgot they even had it in stock. I 'found it' in their inventory for them... If they really want to get rid of it, they'll give me a call (or not) at the end of month to sniff my interest and possibly with a sweeter counter. If not, and the car is still available, I'll check back in with them in the Summer...
Feel free to call me nuts for turning down the offer...

Performance Exhaust
Performance Seats
Parking Assist
Panorama Roof
P4 Package
19" AMG Split 5-Spoke Wheels
Wheel Lock
The car is spec'd just right. My guess is it was a special order that the ordering customer backed out of; as I have not run into any similarly spec'd cars like this one.

While it is completely upto you to decide the approach you want to take, a discount of ~$12k (or 18.7%) is probably leaving the dealer with little to no margin. If they accept your offer, more power to you! Unless you plan to purchase the vehicle at the end of your lease term, in which case the selling price would matter, other options you can explore to reduce the monthly payment would be using Multiple Security Deposits and/or using any fleet/corporate incentives you may qualify for based on your employer. Hope that helps!

MBWorld Fanatic!
Lease payment seems way too high, especially considering the low mileage allowance. There is something screwy with their numbers.
Edit:
I take it back. The discrepancy is the sales tax. I always forget about that one
