Whould a Pano Roof be a deal breaker?

I found a 2017 sedan nearby that has everything I want except the Pano roof, @ 15% off msrp. Or place a new 2018 order @ 8% of whatever msrp would be, can't decide

First let me ask this:
You want the pano for looks (exterior) or cause you always plan on cracking it open?

If it's for looks mainly, just wrap your roof w gloss black & call it a day.

If it's actually cause you're always gonna use it, then yeah 18 or keep searching for a good deal on a 17.

Personally I like the looks of it, but I also like knowing it's there in case I ever want to. Although I hardly use it, and I live in So. Cal haha

Moral of the story: I could live without it

Not having the pano roof would be a deal breaker for me, I use mine a lot!

Go for a 2018, with a minimum of 10% off MSRP...it can be done! A MB dealership close by quoted me 11% off MSRP on an ordered 2018 right off the bat!

having the pano roof would be a deal breaker for me.

pano adds ~150 pounds (in the worst spot), reduces head clearance (I'm 6'4) and adds additional cost.

I've had sunroofs in the past and wish the cars had never come with them (many manufacturers have it as a standard/mandatory option (Audi)).

I really wanted to have a car with the pano roof. I thought the car would feel a bit claustrophobic without it. I also like the way it looks inside and out. If you get a car without the pano roof in any color other than black, the black strips on the roof really stand out in a bad way imo.

I was pretty upset they made the regular sunroof standard on the 18s and I missed out on the 17s for that reason. I wanted the lightest best handling c43 I could get. Now I'm going to be stuck with the standard sunroof which is probably still going to add 50-70 pounds I'm sure.

My girlfriend on the other hand is pretty happy 18s have a sunroof standard. She was begging for the pano and then saw it in person and thought it was hideous and was fine with nothing. But now she is getting a freebie.

It would be for me for sure. I use mine all the time and it was a must to get when I ordered mine.

Deal breaker for me. I don't have the glass open often but I do have the fabric retracted for the light inside.

The light inside is really nice, even if you don't open it. I think it's a big plus of the car. A great deal on everything else I wanted, I'd consider it optional.

I always get nervous with my Pano roof because I feel like the government is watching me from their spy satellites..

No Pano would be a deal breaker for me. It lets a lot of light into the car and makes it feel more roomy/luxurious.

This is what I think about from time to time and wish that I didn't have my pano. But then again, I use it and really quite enjoy it, almost everyday.

I can do without a standard moonroof, but the pano roof is pretty badass in my opinion. And I'm not tracking my car by any means so having a slightly worse weight distribution isn't the worst thing in the world.

Yes, pano roof would be a deal breaker to me. I use it all the time and it makes roof line look much nicer.
