That's a bummer about Ontario. However, the certification process is a governmental function and should be different from country to country. This doesn't mean that they are not released in the USA. J Dollar, where are you located?

Totally agreed. It seems like the US has been getting release of vehicles slightly ahead of Canada from what Ive seen on the forum.

Anyone else in the US get any info?

Notification from your SA?

And by released, meaning the VPC has released them to the dealerships and/or ready for transport?

That is typically what it means. The model has been approved and should begin to ship to dealers rights away. SA's may have updates on transport pretty soon. I'm calling mine ASAP.

MB Canada as in the customer service email? Or your sales agent?

It it seems the car is definitely released in the US based on all the above info though.

Thanks so much. I received an email from them too on Nov 15th. At that point they said 2-3 weeks. Im just worried they are throwing out arbitrary timelines to appease us you know?

Anyway, its good news to see some movement in the US. That should hopefully mean soon enough for us. Mid December isnt too far away.

Thanks again for the update.

Pretty funny. Just to show how ready I am...I cleaned out my garage as soon as I saw that the C43 was released. I have this thing about bringing a new car into a dirty or cluttered garage. So I paid my 8 year old the whopping sum of $1 to help out. Of course it's going to snow today so it's going to be a disaster again by tonight. I also went to BMW to get my pre-inspection done for my lease return. I'm really glad I did. They were going to charge me $2,000! I need one tire which is unavoidable, but they were also going to charge me $750 for a rock chip in the windshield and then another $750 because I was due for an oil change last week which meant that my car was out of the maintenance schedule. So I left it there to do the oil change to bring it back in schedule and have Safelight glass coming on Tuesday to do the windshield. I used the loaner car to go pick up a Christmas tree, I wasn't putting one of those on top of my own car.
