this is BS, at minimum you should refund the tune amount which is essentially pure profit considering all you need is one guy time to program it.
yet another reinforcement of why I went with JB4 tune. until we can tune our ecu vs OBD, the only ecu tune id consider would be eurcharged in Toronto since it is close to me.
Hint: bailee’s liability in a bailment for hire viz goods entrusted to it, for which it then provides a mere service.
Sven’s lawyer, Wee Ghose Yu, says squeal like a pig, OE.

On the plus side, it makes it easier to know what tuner to not choose for future purchases.

Shame on you OE
Let’s go, it’s Sven and da boys!
Yes, substantive law is strange. If you’d been reading for content, not form, you’d have seen this.
Ya, sure, you betcha!
Q.V.: Deliverance, a movie.
search is your friend. For several years I’ve offered similar advice to others on this forum regarding allocation of the risk of loss, shipment and destination contracts, and Consumer Protection Acts. You, and your fellow travelers merely sling mud and compare questionable performance statistics.
Sven says, have a nice day.

The majority of your posts are pictures of polar bears, this is a Mercedes forum. It’s not funny, it’s childish. Especially for someone who says his hands are too shaky to work on a car anymore...
Maybe if act more like an adult and stop saying, “Sven and the boys” in every post, people here will have more respect for you.
All coming from the guy that tried to negotiate with Terry on the JB4 and got denied. Then went and bought a more expensive and less powerful piggyback from Racechip.

You are right the search tool is great!

We only insure the ECU for shipping at the customer's request, for the value they specify. After seeing FedEx and USPS not back their insurance in the past, this is why we have the following shipping and returns policy:

We, just like you, want the ECU to show up and can't see how it could get lost in transit.....
*** UPDATE ***
Jeremy (owner) of OE Tuning had contacted me last week regarding this situation. He made things right and we now have a positive outcome!!! This shows me that he stands behind his company and the services they offer!!
Bro let's be honest he was forced into doing that by the negative publicity he has been receiving on here.
He would not have helped you if you did not make all of your threads. I don't blame you for *****ing I would have 2
Either way oe reputation is shot around here
Can't undue what has already been done.
Happy it all worked out you are one of the lucky ones
