Can Costco Mount Balance and Align Tires for C43
I might go Michelin A/S+ for my C43 Sedan and ditch the runflats. Can Costco do it or will they screw it up? Should I let dealer do it?

I paid about $40 dollars more to have my Indy do it. Turn around time from ordering to install was < 48hrs. Wait time was 15 minutes. Costco told me a week to order and wait time for install was up to two hours. My time is worth a lot more than $40. I'm in a fairly dense urban area so wait time and order intervals may be different for other locals.

I'm sure they'll do just fine. You will probably need to adjust the tire pressure to your preference afterwards.
BTW, another way to find a good indy shop is to look at a few of the top tier wheel suppliers and then x-reference the retailers they list. Find the shops closest to you that install the top gear then look at their local reviews.

I usually go to Costco for my tire work. They've plugged holes, balanced, cleaned, etc a number of times. Never came back with any scratches on the rims (19" multispokes) but they almost always over inflate. They go by the rating on the door of 45-48 psi which is a bit too high.

A couple of things:
1 - Costco generally does a good job which means they have the equipment to do so. However, doing it right still is dependent on the actual installer, so just because one person had good luck with Costco, you may or may not. I would generally feel good about going there.
2 - You mentioned "align" in the title. Costco does not do alignments. If you want that done, you'll need to go elsewhere afterwards.
