C43 Brake Pad options. Contacted EBC
I have seen people having issues with the brakes on the C43 and there are no really good options that I can see. In the past I have had really good experiences with EBC so I sent them off a message. Hopefully they work on this soon.
Sent to EBC:
I am writing to find out if you already have, or plan to make, Mercedes C43 AMG brake pads? I have a 2018 C43 AMG and the Mercedes pads wear out very quickly. Lots of C43 owners have been looking for an alternative to the dealer and factory pads.
Reply from EBC:
Hello,
Thank you for emailing EBC Brakes, we do not have a listing for the C43 as of now. We do have plans to offer pads for this car in the future but we don’t not have a date as of now.
Kind regardsSteven WullnerTech Manager

So they C450 pads are the same! I figured they MUST be different or EBC would have just added the C43 to the same existing C450 part number. That is good to know. Someone should tell the EBC Technical Director that information. Hahaha.

Unfortunately I got pulled away from the job for a while. I only have one corner done so far as I am touching up my calipers as I go. The pads are a perfect fit. I am taking the car to the track on Saturday so I will report after that as to durability and performance.

I'm sure they are absolutely fine for the street and no one will notice much different at street performance.
Note how the manufacturer even suggests they aren't great with regards to fade and operating friction:
