The only way you got a 2019 build is if someone else backed out of theirs and you were able to assume it and still in the time frame of potentially modifying some of the options.

I got one of the LAST allocations set for 2019 back in March - with a delivery expected mid May. Your car is a 2020 or it's being assumed from someone else who backed out.

Either way, sounds like you need to have a conversation with your dealer as they don't seem to be straight with you regarding the order and I hope you don't have a deposit down.

Yeah, in my case I ordered a 2019 a month ago on March 20th. I just made the window for the 2019's according to my dealer...the next few days it was closed.

I have heard by two different dealers that that the c63's were actually taking 9-12 months to be built/delivered. So your timing seems consistent unfortunately.

Hoping mine does not take that long though or I will may end up committed LOL!

Looking forward to pics of your new ride once you get it!
Thanks. Yeah, it should be an epic 2 months trip with the car. Have lots of plans where to drive. I am originally from Switzerland, so part of it is visiting family. I did European Delivery with my current Audi RS5 in 2013. Stayed for a month and it took about 10 weeks from drop off before the car arrived here in California, but I dropped it off in Zurich, Switzerland and didn't know at the time that dropping it off outside of Germany adds at least another 3 weeks. So this time I will drive it all the way to the port and drop it off there, hoping that it will be much faster.

Your safest bet is to ask the dealer since they will have more of a direct line on a estimated date. We are just going off the same numbers you are looking at and wouldn't be able to give you a more accurate date than the dealer.

what information would they have that's accurate compared to what I was looking at already?

yeah, I ordered mine on March 20th, so in my case it's a 2019 MY. But still have to wait until the first decade of June for it to be built. Hoping that it's not another 11 weeks on top of that...yikes LOL! Dealer indicated about 30 days after it's built.

I've configured 4 cars and they all took around 2-3 months to get here. Fun times.

I hope you get it in May as well. I feel your pain waiting lol!
I ordered a ‘19 c43 coupe. Brilliant blue with cranberry red leather interior. 19” five spoke wheels w/black accents, carbon fiber interior trim, multimedia package/command, 12.3 digital gauge cluster, and performance exhaust. July can’t come fast enough!

How about you Ryan, what was your spec?

haha “great minds...” right? Lol...that’s awesome! Yeah I forgot I also ordered the ambient lighting...but yeah that is real close!

I don’t see too many brilliant blue coupes and REALLY don’t see too many with the cranberry red combo.

I had black and gray cars for 23 year and just wanted something different. Not that there is anything wrong with those colors, but the blue really pops IMO and with the red interior looks fantastic. What an amazing machine!

Cool, I live in Jersey! Yeah, I agree, there were only a few BB coupes out there when I wanted to buy, and they were pretty far from where I live. The c63's were even worse in terms of availability. There were only 32 c63 cars in the entire country. So, yeah ordering really was the way to go for me as well.

Regarding the night package it wasn't really for me. I know everyone wants to black out everything, but I'm a bit old school and I guess I still like a little contrast and bling lol. I wouldn't mind the night package, just not something I wanted to pay extra for even though it was a low cost option.

The light package is cool, but again not something I really felt the need for. I actually love the look of the standard led lights, and I really won't be driving the car that often at night anyway. Different strokes and all that...haha

haha im actually considering canceling my order. Been hearing the car might come after July. I found a red combination with pretty much everything I want in the car.

only question is what caliper color should I paint them with a red exterior car?

the worst thing it's the wait and the Dealer couldn't say why it took so long to give a production date, now from 0.... until sept. october nothing. it will be a 2020. Now the first week of April the orders where on hold for nearly all mercedes due year change. I need to go to the dealer again to check the order, see what changes are been done in terms of equipment and if required update the order.

possibly if as the USA doc there is around in Europe we have also the AMG drive unit as an option I go for it. I will check

personally I prefer 6 spoke wheels in dark grey, titanium. My current Saab I ordered a custom ADV06 wheels and they are awesome! but I think the combination of black accents the multipoke in dark and brilliant blue fits perfectly to the car.

well im not a fan of the matte wheels anyways. And the twin 5 spoke black wheels are nice. But anyways it probably will be a red car, not blue.. what i said above ^^
