Unlike my prior vehicle (a Jeep Grand Cherokee) where I instinctively turned OFF the power limiting Eco feature whenever I used the vehicle, I now find that I don't mind Comfort or Eco, and never turn off the auto stop feature because (with the exception of seeing the tachometer registering 0 RPM) the shut off is absolutely 100% unnoticable. Plus, even in Eco or Comfort, if I press the gas pedal hard enough, I can still access the full 429hp whenever I want it, and that puts me near the top of what I could face locally. Sport or Sport+ modes are for when I want the car to be noisy, like when I experience an obnoxiously slow and inconsiderate driver who has been holding up a line of traffic and deserves to be shaken up a little by the crackles and pops as I race past.
So what does slippery mode do?
