Flash back to stock. If problem disappears, it's tune related. If not, take it in.

I'm assuming your still under warranty right?

OE Tuning is garbage. I’ve had bad experience with them. They mess up all makes and models. BMW guys had big problems with them as well.

Before *****ting on the tune, the 1st obvious troubleshooting step is to flash to stock. Once that's done, the vehicle needs to be driven a bit for the adaptation to occur.

The tune was the last major change to the vehicle. So reversing this change is the 1st step in troubleshooting the problem. It's possible that the problem is unrelated to the tune. .
