After a lot of research for something as simple as a light, I purchased a puddle light set from eBay.
Vehicle: 2019 C43 Coupe Seller: honmaru84 Installation: Easy. Replacement of existing puddle lights. Gently pull the existing lights out from underneath the door. I used an eyeglass kit flat tip screwdriver without any issues. Carefully disconnect. Connect the new lights and snap them into place just like the originals.
Very happy with the product, and significantly less expensive than buying them from MB.

Most of the others on ebay goes for about $20 but this one goes for about $53. Hopefully, the quality is better and the image is clearer/brighter ? If course, it is still cheaper than the OEM from Porsche.
I looked at mine again this morning and nowhere near as clear as the OP's. I think MB charges $250 for these - this is the ultimate no brainer if you want this

They're standard on higher-end AMG models. And the "big glowing bumper star?" That's an option on C43s. Silly girl

Tried to offer you some good advice what others will think and snicker. Don’t need to rub more of AMG with some blaring light on the ground at night lol. Too late now. FYI, majority of people don’t have it. Enjoy it
