Did the dealership perform a software update on the transmission by any chance?
That might had changed the behaviour as well.
When the transmission jerks, is there a strange sound that comes with it?
Another question is, what mode do you drive in? Eco, Comfort, Sport or Sport+?
Keep following up with your dealership.
If necessary, ask them to open a TIPS case with Germany to investigate.
Keep us updated.
Good luck!

On the other hand, Khalidss' jerking issue happened after 40K KMs out of nowhere which is strange and the C43 has a different transmission than the C450 and C400 so not sure if the update helps but it just might.
Good luck getting your C400 fixed as well!

The only things I like about the facelift will too be the changes in the interior.
Good question! The car does have occasional jerk and harsh shift on a 2017 C43 too but I've been busy, once I find time I will get it checked out along with the differential whining issue.
That being said, the dealership did say they installed an update to the Engine ECU and transmission TCU from last service visit back in January 1st which didn't fix the issue.

The whining issue was discussed here:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...-thoughts.html
The rear differential was the culprit.
For the vibration issue and yes thanks for asking which I do have, the culprit happens to be the driveshaft. The solution was to order a driveshaft that was balanced by AMG and not just Mercedes-Benz:

https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...vibration.html
and apparently, this issue is present on the 2019 C43 too
Edit: The whining issue happens mostly when coasting, at light throttle or no throttle at all. Loudest when slightly braking at a downhill, if I apply more threshold than "slightly" braking the whining disappears even at a downhill other times it doesn't even whine despite the braking.
The most easiest way to produce this is to set cruise control to one of those speeds. Set the speed to 81 to 87 range.
To answer your question, yes unfortunately I do have the whining issue and the vibration issue on the 2017 C43

Forgot to ask, does your car have any of these issues?
@Khalidss
Good luck getting the issue resolved, keep us updated.

Does it jerk or jolt more in Eco mode than Comfort?

I noticed my tranny is getting worse when it comes to jerking. Especially when down shifting from gear 4 to 3 and 3 to 2. It is relatively normal when it up shifts ... only jolts jerks and bang when downshifting.
Been having this issue for a while, and before noticing the whining of the rear differential.
Kept being convinced it is the characteristic of the vehicle but it seems like it is getting worse. Installed a tranny update last year December didn't help.

There are 2 types of jerking with this tranny: Forward kick (intended and by design) you get during upshifts when you floor it in S/S+. Other one is the "back and forth rock" you get in S/S+ in 1-2 gears when you drive over bumpy road. This one is obviously not intended but it is what it is. BMW DCT used on S55 does it too but that's a different type of tranny so not sure if they are comparable.

Yes, back in December, installed a software update didn't improve it. Shop foreman say cannot duplicate and they tried resetting adaptation which again didn't do anything. Checked torque converter lockup says normal. Oil is good and all.
They insisted that MB are technologically advanced if anything it will throw a check engine light.
They say it is normal to jerk as it is the characteristic of the vehicle and I tried to believe them until it seems to get worse.

Are they even thinking about 1. New diff 2. New propeller driveshaft ? Or every complaints are met with MB are high-tech and it working as intended.
I think you also need new valve body or have them get you a brand new transmission with new torque converter and new rear axle with new driveshaft and diff.
