New '19 C43 Coupe owner here and I was just curious on what everyone upgraded/moved from before you got your C43/C450's.
I came from a '17 Lexus IS350 and every time I get behind the wheel in the C43, it lets me know that I made the right decision.
2019 C43. Previously (and still own currently) 2011 Audi S5 Sportback V6T. Every time I get behind the wheel of the C43, it reminds me that I made a big mistake. 🤪

Before that was a collection of Hondas and Nissans (used to be a big JDM / import tuner guy). Had my engine swapped (built) turbo civic in Honda Tuning magazine back in the day). With these cars, increased power was EXPENSIVE. Now with flash tunes on factory turbo cars, I am shocked how cheap additional power is.
It’s honestly quite an awful car. I can’t wait to get rid of it. Just going to run about for a year more while I choose my next car more carefully.
Awful is a pretty strong word lol. I'm assuming you're in the market for something completely different? Because I think compared to competitors in the same segment of car it's great...

I completely disagree, and S4 or S5 or M340i are much better sorted cars, and these are direct competitors. If you’ve driven many cars in this segment over the longer term it is quite obvious. I get upset every time I’m behind the wheel, so yeah, awful isn’t too strong a word. Anyway, my profession is working on and dealing with cars of all types and I drive them all, this car is pretty bad in comparison. It starts eating at you after a few months. The excitement wears off and the car reveals itself to you eventually. Pride makes you not want to admit it at first, but reality sets in. I’ve had the car for just over a year now. Anyway, everyone has different preferences, so please feel free to disagree, it’s just my opinion. I’m going for CLA45S, C63S or S4/RS4/S5/RS5 or M340i. Will take my time to decide.

I think all of the cars you listed are great cars too, which is why I don't think it's possible to call the c43 awful but here we are I guess.
2013 Audi S5 w/APR Stage 2+
I just loved that supercharged engine, no lag whatsoever. That's really the only complaint I have with my C43. Well, that and I really miss my VAG-COM.
