Backseat burmeister vibration when flooring it
Hey guys,
Have any of you experienced a subtle yet noticeable blown-out speaker like vibrating sound coming from the backseat speakers when flooring it in S+? Almost feels as though the speakers are producing the noise.
Can't say it's always been there, just wondering if anyone experienced something similar.

I feel like this just happened to me today, a weird buzzing noise from the back seat area seemingly in tune with the exhaust under hard acceleration. Had the car 3 months and it's the first time I've heard this.

I have a JL Audio sub and amp in my trunk and when I switch it to Sport or Sport+, I heard a slight humming noise from the sub. It kinda did it before too, but it’s much more noticeable now, than it was before.

Maybe its not grounded properly? Or the remote cable is running down the same side of the car as the power for the amp? This would cause a whining sound when you hit the gas.

And sure enough it DOES explain it.
After some digging in the forums, the PFL c43 sedans (to my knowledge) DO have an engine sound enhancer/generator located in the trunk fuse box in position 424... I removed it and voila, the vibration at higher rpms is GONE!
The engine still maintains its sound, you can hear the turbos spool a bit better, it's just not as low/loud from inside the cabin anymore, burbles still there, so overall, removing this fuse was a great option for my situation. Keeps it natural
