Anyone knows how many sensors are used in the front bumper of a C43 and where are these sensors located. Thanks

Should be six. Three on each side as indicated below on my C63S.

Thanks for the info, but the front bumper of c43 and c63 are not the same. I am having the 2017 C43 and after installing the aftermarket fog light cover, encountered Parktronic sensor problem. Was wondering anyone encounter this problem too.

Even if the bumpers are different you can see the physical sensors with your own eyes. Check you didn't screw the sensor wires while installing the cover.

Right, but they are roughly in the same place and always in plain sight. They are ultrasonic sensors, so they are not hidden behind the bumper as the sound waves would reflect off the bumper and making them blind. Looks like the PFL only has 4 sensors. One on each side and two below the grill. Here's a pic of a 2017 C43, where you can see the sensors.

The C43 has 6 as well. 3 on each side but one is on the outer grille which may be difficult to spot.

I see it now in the pic I posted as well. Most likely that one got axed when OP installed aftermarket fog lights. FWIW, fog lights are largely ineffective, so not sure why anyone would fit them these days. Not sure if the C43 has actual radiators behind those grills, but the fog lights will also block the air flow.

I feel the same way about aftermarket fog lights. There are no radiators back there, just a huge space to put huge horns, hahaha!

AMG C43 Sedan

Thanks everyone, I think I have to remove the fog light cover in order to rectify my Parktronic problem. The cover is fixed by double sided tape and silicone.
