Eurocharged Stage 2 worth it?

So far I'm pleased with my Eurocharge Stage 1 tune. I'm contemplating getting downpipes and Stage 2 tune. Is it worth it? Anybody have some 1/4 mile results to share? Recommendations on downpipes? Money better spent on Logos Engineering intercooler?

A fellow member just made a good point. I currently have a JB4 also and have played with the idea of doing a custom map 6 on track days and map 0 the rest of the time. Anybody else have luck stacking a jb4 on a stage 1 tune?

personally I don’t think it’s worth it. Downpipes cost 1000$ another 500$-1000$ for labor and a retune from eurocharged because you’ve change Back-pressure for 20 hp. (Unless you want to change sound)

Thanks for the reply. I've been playing with the idea of getting a 2015 Camaro ZL1 or possibly a Mustang Gt. I'm just less than impressed with the lack of aftermarket options for this car and I feel like it's already tapped out at a stage 1 tune. Was hoping for just a little more power before switching platforms.

I have the stage 2 and a few mods on my car and they really take the c43 up a notch. The main difference is power comes on a little quicker and you will notice the boost holds longer when doing anything more than a 0-60 run. The boost holding higher and longer into the revs is what makes the stage 2 better than the stage 1 Even with the stage 2 tune there is more left in the car; you just run into other issues that you need to address, cooling, fueling tranny tune...

As for getting the most out of the car that is another question. I noticed there are not a lot of people that mod there cars and they "give advice" on something they don't own. I had the stage 1, have the stage 2 and have mods; tune, 200 cell logos engineering cats, Modal air intakes and performance exhaust. I would say about 5000 grand in mods. I am considering a Logos engineering intercooler and upgraded hpfp, but at that point you have to wonder what will I get vs what I pay. I have not bought it because I feel the car is missing some simple things that kia's have now.... so I am in a delima now as well. Kia's come with DCT, Race mode, and Launch control. Then new c43 doesn't come with any of that and if I want a benz to have those I min have to get c63 or an older E class. I would love to have the 4matic plus, e-diff, dct, launch control and that lovely v8 twin turbo, but with benz you have to pay to play.

Good to hear. How many miles do you have on your stage 2? My brother in law had a Kia Stinger that was insanely fast and had more options. Strange world we are living in.

Acura TL-SH, among others
What do you run right now? The guys that have really tried to tweak their cars have topped out in the 10.8's with a tune and mods, or 11.1 with a JB4 and mods. If those times aren't fast enough, I don't think I would be looking to Kia. It may have some features the C43 doesn't, but in terms of anything other than straight-line speed, there isn't a comparison. If a big aftermarket is what you're looking for, the M340i, or even an M3 or M4 would be staying in the same class of car.

Its capable of a little more with a flat road. Currently have Eurocharged stage 1 tune, logos FAI, and JB4 on map 0. I truly think this car is quick but its hard not looking at other cars in this price range and feel a little shorted by the potential. Absolutely love the car and would love to own a CLS63S or C63 but not much to choose from north of seattle at the moment.

also, 0-60 on this run was 3.98 seconds.
