There isn't one, you can hardwire, however. The three wires is part of the hard wire kit, not the 12V socket.

Or, you could buy a dashcam battery (Please don't just use a power bank/battery pack as they are designed differently, and last you need are batteries exploding in the car because it wasn't designed for the purpose).

If you don't want to use a dashcam battery, here are some hardwiring options:

This is a dashcam battery: https://www.blackboxmycar.com/collections/battery-packs

I need to use the dashcam parking surveillance option so i need that the dashcameras have 12v even with the car off ! So neither this option, beside the dashcam battery, is not a good option for me. I need a 12V permanent and a 12V only when rhe car is on.

The dashcam battery can enable that function, hence why I mentioned it. At least that is true for Blackvue and Thinkware cameras, it will record 24/7 loop recording and overwrite the old videos if your SD card runs out of space, not sure if it is the same for your dashcam.

I already answered your question, there are no permanent 12V available in this car, you have to hardwire it, it will provide constant power even if your engine is not on and shuts off when your starter battery gets too low to the point there is a risk of not able to start the engine (ie. not enough cranking voltage).
