Have some questions for my c43 build listed what I have done already first
17’ c43
Right now I’m on stage 2+, down pipe, res delete, mst intake, weistec blow off diverter valve, H&R super sport springs, 15mm front 12mm back spacers, hybrid forged vossen rims, Perelli p zeros all around, and non performance exhaust. I’m looking for ways to make my car faster and louder. Was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy headers for the car and also the steps I need to take to run an e30-50 blend reliably. I want to be as loud as possible without sounding rice, tried to find an exhaust dump and I couldn’t really find anything also looked at valve tronic mufflers which sounded basically the same and armytrix which sounds like a vq. Any big turbo c43 owners please let me know what you have done because I eventually want to run a bigger turbo and I’m not to sure on the exact steps I need to take. I’m pushing about a little under 500hp I want to get it to 550hp before turbo and at least push around 620hp with turbo. All advice is appreciated thank you.

Trending Topics

Low hanging fruit:
Intercooler.
There are many intercooler options.
Not much to say here, there are many different threads and one recently that lists many of the options and their prices.
Water/Meth Inj.
I believe Wagner makes a kit with charge pipes that have ports for the injectors. Otherwise, I believe certain manufacturers will be happy to weld ports onto the intercooler when you buy it for water meth which I believe is the current preferred injection location. At least one person has tried in the manifold and it was less than ideal as it is after the IAT so the ECU cannot accurately determine air temps so tuning is a b**ch/near impossible.
In terms of big money:
Upgraded turbos.
ModalWorks will rework the internals of the turbos for more boost/better flow. The cost varies depending on if you send them your turbos or you are going to eat the core charge.
Fuel Pump.
This is probably the single most important mod for the car and also the most expensive other than the turbo or something bespoke.
From the various things I’ve read in my research, I believe the HPFP is the weak link when tuning the C43 after a few simple mods.
In either case, you are looking at a TCU tune soon regardless of what you do.
Your car is similar to mine, same colour too, except I have the ModalWorks intake and catless downpipes, and also PE.
I’m curious to see what you choose to do. I am ordering water/meth and an intercooler tomorrow,
as well as (non-performance) an escort redline 360 installation kit and midcity engineering interface. I also have the midcity engineering remote starter on the way! Should be here any day now.
Happy modding!
P.S. I have been looking to a compound/sequential turbo setup but that is probably around a year and a half/two years away because my next project is to follow in the footsteps of the great @megacrazy and hijack the CAN bus so I can replace my god awful infotainment system with something I have been programming myself, (in rust btw, F) lol.

Are you asking for details on the sequential turbos or on the infotainment system? Knowing your work, I am guessing the infotainment system, lol, pm me.
