What's the deal with trying to find spark plugs for a 2020 C43 in any online Mercedes Parts store? Everything says backordered or not available or they give you 20 options. The ones I see on AutoHauz or FCP say discontinued on Mercedes Parts sites. Has anyone recently got their plugs changed? Can you check the part number on the bill?

Use a telephone to dial an MB dealer and speak to a human. Spark plugs are available.
Thanks. I used to use NGK in my previous cars. Just wondering why they didnt list it and if anyone knew of there was something going on like newer revisions that’s are better. In figured I can always contact them and get the number. I will go with the NGK anyway. Recommend to change the plugs also or leave them alone? 40k miles on engine.
MB service table calls for every 50K miles. I do mine every 30K miles. You're in the window for replacement but you still have some wiggle room if you're looking to do other work.

Anyone of you happen to have a good suggestion on when to do the ignition coils on this engine? I only ever see spark plugs being mentioned in Mercedes Benz service manuals, but in my previous car I used to change the ignition coils together with the spark plugs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Just looking to stay ahead of the maintenance curve.
