if u track ur car, than the M3 is the car u want.

but for those that don't and just likes to do the occasional street race from traffic light and highway runs, the C63 is the top dog

First of all, thanks for the upload.

All I remember from videos, Jeremy goes "M3 drivers have no friends." @ 4;18 in Part II.

All three of them are nice cars, thou.

what's up Eugene, Merry X-mas! the Cayenne is a fat boat, even w/ the twin turbo. also, there's quite a bit of turbo lag when u punch it but once it gets going it's a freight train. it's my wife's suv but i'm driving it during the winter. and yes, i have snow tires on it. it'll be ugly in the snow w/ summer tires on it. hopefully i'll see u at the next summer meet in the C63

sorry about the off-topic guys

Seems to me like history repeats itself.......

M3 wins in the handling, agility, "twisties" categories while the C63 wins everything else

ok, ur right, assuming everyone that tracks their car can afford a Porsche GT3

if not, the M3 is a good and affordable alternative.

having explored gt3/exige/elise- gt3 simply too expensive. elise exige body panels are very very expensive. if you do a few track days a yr then maybe ok....but, as loss exposure increases you may want to minimize risk.

Really enjoyed the episode. I was considering the C63 before I saw this but now will wait and see what happens. It seems that the traction control is far too invasive and when you switch it off it is not controllable to us mere mortals.

Can't believe the M3 was 5 seconds quicker around that track, man they have really sorted that car out. Hate to say it but it has been a much better thought out and executed car than the " lets stick a big motor " in the C class C63. Balance is what the M3 is about. WHEN WILL MB LEARN ?????

AARRGH !

I wonder how much worse the traction on the C63 will be once tuners add another 50 to 60 hp to it

what it needs is some handling tuners. Power is not the problem.

Err, the "big motor" you speak of is actually lighter than the 4.0 V8 in the M3...

And refering to your other post, what makes you so sure it has the LSD?

I didn't know that about the 6.2 liter V8.

How in the hell is the C63 so damn heavy then? You would think that they could shave off 200 pounds.

Can you please show me a link ?

If it is that is even worse for the C63's dynamics.

As far as the LSD goes watch the clips. The thing was going from side to side on 2 wheel power slides. It never once lit up an inside wheel. 100% LSD on the thing.

It can't even steer to an apple
