Canadians get Keyless-Go from Day 1. Is this out of jealousy or what?

Yet and still MBUSA still has nothing about the C63 except the price and a nice picture!

Maybe they want to gauge Canadian response (we being guinea pigs) before setting US prices.

I am pretty stoked about the pricing in Canada. Mercedes Canada seems to be treating Canadians alot more fairly than their competetors like BMW Canada. If you price out a C63 AMG versus an M3, you are likely to spend $10,000 more on an M3 than a C63.

I don't understand BMW Canada... they are lucky the have such a good product provided to them by BMW AG, but at some point I think their product will never be good enough to justify a price $10,000 higher than their nearest and strongest competitor, and arch-rival Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes product is coming back to the out of this world place that they used to be which will make the competetion even stiffer. Looks like this is the start of a big resurgance for MB.

I completely agree with you.. and BMW has gone way downhill in terms of build quality on their cars in general.. especially the 3 Series.

I have personally enjoyed outstanding build quality in my 3, and my dad has in his 5 also. But the point about price definately still stands as a signifcant problem.

Well I drive a 2003 745i, and the ever since that year BMW has not made a car that would match the quality of the interior and exterior. Lets just say, that if you now were to require the same build quality, you have to pay the premium price for the BMW "Individual Series" cars. Just a few weeks ago I sat inside a 2008 750i and the build quality was awful compared to what I drive at the moment.

I can vouch the same on the 3 Series and the 5, as two of my very good friends both drive those cars from previous years and the current build qualities are not up to par with what is expected from BMW and alike.

so your car is better than everyone elses? Gotta disagree with you, man. I had a 745i for my wedding and tried out a 750i later and I thought the 750i was miles ahead in terms of the quality of the electronics and iDrive and that they were basically the same in build quality.

Sorry to everyone else to go off topic.

I still want a C63 for 63!

Let me tell you about MY 745i, It was a great car I had one of the first ones in Toronto back in 2002... But it had major problems every week, from Idrive freezing up to engine missfires to transmission problems... I tried to lemon it but after 8 month of owning it I just sold it and moved on.

I was speaking of interior build quality. The material which is used on the dashboard, seats, steering wheel, buttons, the plastic used in the car and many many more little details.

PS. I did not say that my car is better than everyone else's, please lets not put words into other people's mouth as it just creates a never ending circle.

The car that I am driving was also purchased in 2002, it was one of the few in Toronto. I have never had any of the issues that you are speaking of to this date.
