Price is major difference as well as looks and rarety of the BS. I really like the BS but very similar performances for less dough I say the C63...just don't be surprised the 20-30k in a few years for both cars...

LOL , i guess you've never seen a clk BS in person , especially on the streets. You just cant compare it to the C even though C is SICK , but don't look at the pics and go see both cars in person , clk BS looks like a supercar in person , INSANE!!!! It also handles much better , it is much faster , and overall much more fun to drive comparing to c63 from what i've heard , read , and seen , but C63 is on the 2nd place now. But if you're balling out take the BS

Now, I'm a realist so concede that the BS is the one AMG that can tidily out-handle the M5. It is also likely quicker below 100mph due to the auto 'box and 465lb/ft of torque.
So, to answer your question succinctly, in the straights the M5 is faster so long is it begins from a roll. Not by much, but enough.
