The videos of the C63 and RS6 lapping Silverstone's GP circuit will be online next week. Sadly the C63 has now been returned to Mercedes, but we have requested a long-termer as soon as one is available.

I have noticed a few sound problems within the video, which we will see if we can correct over the next few days but in the meantime we will leave it up for you to see for yourself how the story panned out.
I will create a post in Dialogue if you'd like to share your feedback. Chris refers to a 3 second gap in their lap times, but he actually should have referred to it as 5 seconds which is a quite a lot around the smooth flowing Silverstone circuit.
We genuinely enjoyed them both, but everyone agreed that the C63 would have been our choice to take home.

pretty interesting how at the end, he says the 4 second difference comes down to the audi using pirelli P Zeros, and the benz yokahamas
the C63 now comes with P zeros too...not sure why that one had yokohamas
also, he mentioned to C63 had trouble putting down all that power to the road
maybe the performance package LSD, and toghter suspensions would quell these issues

C63 tires are to FREAKING NARROW! It weights alot!!! And yet they expect a 235 front tires to carry all that heavy V8 and not understeer? Come on.
On the other hand I understand Mercedes coould not afford a small C63 outhandel all other AMG vehicles which cost alot more... but thats a bit

i noticed the comparison at the end of the video
the guy said the P-Zero's where alot better than the yokohamas??
why did the C63 have yokohamas anyways?
was it a demo car that went thru a pair of the pirellis already??
do you think the diff rubber would make a significant difference?
