What car has the best Nav/Mulimedia and Phone integration?
I've been reading some comments on how terrible the MM and Nav is on the C63, so I'm wondering what cars actually have a good system.
I have owned 2003 BMW X5, and 2006 BMW 330ci. Both had Nav systems and I thought they were ok. Nothing fancy, but they worked fine for what I needed them for. No experience regarding the iDrive. I have also used 2003 MB S500 Nav and it was horrible, not even worth using. Same goes with 2003 Prosche Carrera Nav, such a pain in the *** that you're better off not touching the thing.
My mother drives a Lexus Rx 350, and the Nav is nice, since it is touchscreen, however I have not tried out the phone integration or iPod funcionality or anything like that.
So I'm asking you guys, what's the car today that has the best Nav/Multi Media available?

2017 C63S Coupe, 2015 Range Rover Sport
I'm wondering the same thing. We test drove an IS350 for the hell of it last week and the Nav seemed at lot better then what I saw while test driving the C63. The layout was clean and simple and I really liked the "next exit" feature - it will tell you what gas stations, places to eat, etc. are coming up on the next fwy exit. Didn't get a chance to try the IPOD/MP3 integration but I don't see how it could be any worse then the C63 (just plain terrible). I didn't order the NAV on my C32 and I kinda wish I skipped it on my C63 too. Oh well...........not really buying the car based on how well the NAV works although for $70K it should be top of the line.

How's their iPOD/iPhone integration?
And isn't there some sort of kit for the C-class that just came out where you can plug your iPhone into the storage underneath the armrest? I remember seeing that a while ago.

What good is a NAV system if you can't use it while driving? I dont understand the logic of the dumb folks over at ToyLex.
The C63 has a highly regarded MM system courtesy of the S class and IMO takes a while to get used to but is far better than ToyLex. It's still not as great as Honda/Acura NAV's or Ford's Sync system, but is otherwise pretty damn nice.

My Jaguar XF!
The Jaguar XF NAV is the equal to the Lexus in all aspects. The Ipod works perfectly too and has it's own screen for use. The Bluetooth works perfectly too. (I initially had some "pairing" problems that were associated with the Software version on the Blackberry not anything to do with the Jag). Overall the Jag XF is an impressive auto!

Audi
I may be in the minority, but I really liked the phone and nav on my 2008 Audi RS4. The Nav screen was not huge or overwhelming, looked good in the dash. The buttons around it were a little small, but not the end of the world. My phone synched instantly and phone book transferred automatically...could easily scroll through names, call people, etc. The ipod integration was a little more awkward...it worked, but I couldnt get the song names to appear properly

It's amazing the a $18,000 Ford P.O.S. might have the best system out there?!
Someone needs to get Apple to design a system for them. I guess most of these systems are actually sourced from a couple of suppliers in the end anyway. I know HK is one of them, not sure about the rest. Remember that most items in a car are designed out of house - I have a buddy who worked for a tiny engineering firm in SC and his guys designed the X5 panorama roof for BMW and another did the wood trim design.
