Anybody SCCA Autocross There C63 Yet?

Anybody SCCA Autocross There C63 Yet?
Just wondering if anyone has gone to a SCCA Autocross yet? If so, what classes for stock, or street touring? I was told the car runs in F Stock but I do not know that to be true. Any insight? Any pic?

Alot of cars
No way the C63 is in F-Stock. It should be in A-Stock since the new M3 is classed in A-Stock.

I did not see it listed, but A sock sounds right. I will call SCCA National tomorrow and find out.

Although the 2008 SCCA rule book does NOT list the C63 in ANY class. My local chapter, steel cities, would run it in F stock as well. Interesting that the SCCA does not list it in their rule book

OK, nothing wrong with F stock thats cool. Look at the other AMG cars in SCCA Autocross, they seem to be up in Super Stock or A Stock.

I am an old SCCA Solo guy from way back (83'). Moved over to road racing back in 89'.

Just looking to ad a little Solo I or II to the mix.

WOW, did you send a chill up my spine. I started SCCA in 83 as well, and switched to road racing in 89 also. Don't do this to me man. Okay, what was your first raod race car? Be careful, scary things afoot

My first road race car was a Lola 342 Formula Ford. Then a Swift DB-1 Formula Ford. Then lots of Improved Touring and Kart road racing.

Thanks Troy, you were scaring me. My first road race was a reynard FF, and of course starting in 92 my GOOD old workhorse, 91 stang. For a cheap car, it REALLY was a great workhorse. Broke many transmisions, but nothing else.
