Rent a 2007 Chevy Cobalt economy car with 40,000 miles on it for $29.99 from Enterprise while your C63 is in the shop...

Or,try renting a Fiat 600 in italy, 40bhp, for one month like i did last month, when i got home and drove the C63 at 1am i just about killed myself.

Funny thing is that I was wondering what you were driving around in while the car is at VRP. For some reason, a Cobalt came to mind and I see this thread. LOL. How much longer? If you made an appointment earlier, couldn't they have it done in a day (after you leave it overnight to cool down)?

That'll be something to experience! Even the loaners are no AMGs. Hey, they're nice C class cars, don't get me wrong, but what a difference.
I remember when I had my C230K, I put on the C32 brakes on her and I swear, every time I took a loaner and brought it back then swapped to my car, I ended up eating the steering wheel because the brakes were that much better. Of course always in the same spot - pulling out of the dealer lot where they can chuckle at me!
