Ride Height on a PP Equipped C63

Ride Height on a PP Equipped C63
Does anyone know whether there is a difference in ride height between a non-PP C63 and a PP C63 and if so, what the ride height on the PP car is?
The reason I ask is that I have a car with the "partial" PP package (LSD & delimited) along with the carbon trim. But it seems that the ride on my car feels stiffer than the C63 I originally test drove (even stiffer than my former E46 M3 with 19" wheels). It seems to corner very flat as well. A friend of mine has even commented that my car feels a lot stiffer than another one he rode in earlier this week. Our theory is that my car may have the PP springs after all. I was hoping to confirm by comparing ride heights of PP and non-PP cars.

I have the same options as you do minus the carbon fiber trim. I've had people ask me if my car is actually the stock ride height, because they saw 08 C63's and they seemed to be a bit higher off the ground. Is there anyway we can check the spring?

I have not broken out a ruler to measure, but the ride height seems to be the same on the PP car. I just took it across the street and it definitely seems tighter/firmer than the previous C63 w/out PP. I know how fast they are, so really just wanted to see the difference between the suspensions and only after driving it 2 miles, you can tell a difference.

The height is the same between the pp & non pp "sport suspension & standard suspension". The springs are the same. The only deferences are stiffer shocks and thicker anti-roll bars in the pp. Hope that helps

Actually, now that I think about it, there was no talk of anti-roll bars at all. Are you confident in that as well? If so, I need to take some corrective action here quickly.

My understanding was that the kit was comprised of springs, shocks, and struts only. I had not heard that it had thicker sway bars but the same springs. It would surprise me if that were the case. Check out post #28 on this thread:

He lists the part numbers but I would expect that the parts for the left and right sides have different part numbers. I was able to take a look at my car and the only part number I could get was for the passenger side rear stop buffer (204-321-01-06). At least that is what I read on the part at an awkward angle.

C63 AMG
Well, Thats what i was told when i visited AMG in Germany and placed my special C63 order couple of monthes ago. The springs are the same from what i remember, but not 100% sure. Stiffer shocks, thicker anti-roll bars and same height thats what im sure about. Unless the guy that i met over there doesn't know the hell what hes talking about, which i doubt that

I would think the guy at AMG would know better than the vague literature MB and AMG are putting out. There's not much information out there on what exactly makes up the PP suspension and you can't even send an email to AMG to find out. Quite frustrating.
